Biography

Mr. Musa Rabiu is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in strategic management, human resources, and public sector governance. He has held prominent positions in leading organizations, including the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) and Shell Petroleum Development Company, where he served in various capacities from 1990 to 2008. In March 2017, he joined Dangote Cement as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing his extensive expertise to the conglomerate.

His academic background includes a BSc and MSc in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, as well as a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom, with a focus on strategic decision-making in career management. He also contributed to academia as a lecturer in the Department of Economics at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, from 1986 to 1990.

Currently, Mr. Rabiu serves as a member of the Governing Board of the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), representing the Central Bank of Nigeria.
